Varan is the founder of Katru Eco and the inventor of "IMPLUX".
His career across Asia, North America and Australia, spanning 25 years in consulting, design and construction
sectors of industrial and commercial building engineering services has encompassed an impressive repertoire of
conventional and innovative energy conservation projects.

| Varan was responsible for the innovative system design and construction of the very first energy saving
fully operational Hybrid Solar Air-Conditioned Commerical Office Building in Queensland, Australia.
With his significant experience in air movement technology and building energy conservation he has
pursued his passion for "on-site" renewable
power generation resulting in the invention of the new wind power generator for use on buildings in the urban environment.

He has acted as Principal Engineer in public and commercial engineering services organisations,
and has managed multi-million dollar services design and construction projects in the pharmaceutical, energy,
communications, I.T. and defence sectors. He has attended wind power and renewable energy conferences in USA, U.K, Europe and Australia.
Varan gained his Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering at University College London (U.K).
He is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng Australia).

Niran is the Group Programme Director for Environmental Sustainability at a major European Business Services organisation with
revenues in excess of US$2B and operating across 16 countries.
As part of this role, Niran is responsible for the development and delivery of the strategy for sustainable development internally
and externally to stake holders (clients, investors, partners, regulatory bodies, employees and management). A key achievement in 2010 was
to lead his organisation to a Peformance Rating/Banding of A in the Carbon Disclosure Project, the only organisation in its market sector to be
given such as Rating/Banding in the world.

Niran has in excess of 30 years experience covering management consultancy, project/programme management, marketing, product development
and general management in major financial,
energy and public sector organizations for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Groupe Bull, Software AG, and U.K. Transport and Environment Agencies.
A Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering (Hons) graduate of University College, London, Niran is a Chartered Engineer (U.K.) and a Chartered IT Fellow (U.K.).
